But Rory's focus doesn't end there - he is right there with you not only through selling your home, but will assist in finding a great agent on the other ends of things as well. Our home purchase is ongoing and Rory is still there, ready to help us out with any assistance he might provide, whether that is just information on expectations, or working with our purchasing agent in another state to make sure that nothing is forgotten. We also had a great experience with our purchasing agent, which would likely not have been the case without Rory, who took the time to do interviews and make sure that the agent for our purchase was just as willing to work hard as he is.
Our sale had no snags, but we have friends who did who were also using Rory and he was right there with them every step of the way - making non-stop phone calls to make sure that the paperwork was progressing, even though that should have been the responsibility of the other agent involved.
